Returns and Warranties


We realize that you may not always be happy with a purchase so we made returns easy.


If your product is no longer eligible for a return, it may be covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Terms of Sale

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. 


All products carry a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the product within 30 days. If we receive a returned product within 30 days with an approved RMA, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, and less shipping of the items purchased within 7 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. If you discover damaged or missing products, please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

Manufacturer Warranties

Almost all of our products carry separate manufacturer warranties that warranty defects in workmanship.  Please see the specific product information sheets or instruction manuals that came with your product to identify the warranty and process for making a warranty claim.


  1. Prior to returning items, the customer must contact contact customer service via the contact form below OR through your account login. The process is expedited via your account login.
  2. To initiate a return for an order you placed online, please login to your account. 
  3. Proceed to the ORDERS PAGE and click on the green button to start a return. This will start the return process.
  4. A member of our team will review your request and issue an RMA.
  5. Once you receive the RMA you can ship the product back to Evolve Wellness. 
  6. We must receive the request to return within 30 days of your order. 
  7. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will issue a refund of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, and less shipping, on returned items within 7 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 
  8. Items returned without express written authorization or an RMA from will not be refunded.
